UNA Broward – Undergraduate/Graduate Internship Programs
UNA-USA is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to building understanding of and support for the ideals and work of the UN among the American people. The education, policy and advocacy programs of the UN emphasize the importance of cooperation among nations and the need for American leadership at the UN. UNA-USA is affiliated with the World Federation of United Nations Associations, which began in 1946 as a public movement for the UN.
UNA Broward welcomes applications for Fall and Spring internships from both undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of International Relations, Political Science, International Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Journalism, Photography, Film, and other related fields. As an intern, you might work on website management, office management, development management, event planning, strategic planning, our Model United Nations Program, PR, marketing or media outreach projects. Our internship program runs as follows:
· Spring interns: Jan 3 – June 6
· Fall interns: Aug 1 – Dec 15
If you are interested in an internship, please send a cover letter outlining your planned professional or academic contribution to the UNA Broward USA, along with a résumé and / or curriculum vitae by the deadlines below:
· December 1st for the spring semester
· July 1st for the fall semester
Interns are selected on a rolling basis.
Our internships are unpaid; however, we will work with your academic institution if you are seeking school credit.
