SDG Leaders Awards

Join us at the Sustainable Development Goals Leader Awards Luncheon!

On Thursday, September 28th, United Nations Association of Broward County (UNA Broward) will recognize socially responsible citizens making tangible impact towards economic development, environmental conservancy, and social equity. The luncheon will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the City of Tamarac Community Center Ballroom.

"This is what we are talking about scaling up the impact! Citizens doing projects greater than themselves."

The recognitions will be according each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and there will be one honoree per Goal. UNA Broward has recognized SDGs leaders since its creation in 2015 in conjunction with the United Nations Day. Now in Sept. 2023, we are separating the efforts, by retaking this in-person fundraiser luncheon to highlight the people who are making the difference in Broward County.

"We appreciate the supporters of this event, they walk the talk by acting and facilitating forums like these ones."

Caremax, City of Tamarac, Top Of Mind - Public Relations Agency, Neighgbors4Neighbors, Humana, and AEDRA are some of the sponsors of the SDGs Leaders Awards Luncheon.
